The location was incredible - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 20 minutes on foot to Stesicoro subway station, was a big plus. The staff was really helpful and affable, as well as host. We really enjoyed the room on the balcony.

The hotel had a charming and traditional decoration that made me feel right at home. The general areas were cozy and comfortable, and I especially loved the terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views of Catania. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with convenient elevator access and well-lit hallways.
I would have liked to see more options specifically catered towards senior people, such as handrails in the bathrooms or non-slip mats in the shower. It would have made my vacation even more enjoyable and safe.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay here. Initially, the triple room didn't look great in the photos, but it surprised us with a nice balcony setup 🌅.

Our stay at this charming B&B in the heart of the city was truly delightful. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and even a hop-on/hop-off bus. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the little touches, like the welcome glass of prosecco and the sweet treats left in our room each day. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from and a stunning view of the Duomo. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor noise issues from nearby bars, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Provenza and would highly recommend it. it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms at Casa Provenza are beautifully furnished and have modern touches, making me feel right at home. As a parent, I appreciated the premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspace for convenience. I loved the direct access to the terrace from my air-conditioned room. It was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or catching a glimpse of the stunning Catania scenery.
Personally, I found the reading room to be a bit lacking in terms of book selection. However, I understand that others may still enjoy the available options.
